The Regular Brand
Together with data engineers from bakdata, we present The Regular Brand — an AI-based data platform that, for the first time, makes it possible to measure and visualize a brand’s degree of differentiation within its direct competitive environment.
Brands today are becoming increasingly similar. Yet, in our fast-paced attention economy, differentiation is the currency of visibility — and, ultimately, of a brand’s success. The Regular Brand provides data-driven insights for your brand management, including:
- Brand Controlling: How consistent is our brand? How far along are we in our rebranding process?
- Benchmarking: How do we compare to our competitors?
- Trendspotting: What industry trends and developments are emerging? How can we stay ahead of the competition?
Let’s talk design and data –
join us for our mcbw event!
The Regular Brand will also be the focus of our innovation evening at the Munich Creative Business Week this year:
Be part of »Can AI Understand Design? Brand as a Data Set.«
on May 13th at 6:00 PM
KMS TEAM Munich office, Gabrielenstr. 9, 80636 Munich
We’ll provide a demo and insights into the challenges we faced while developing the platform, explain how it works, and highlight key findings. What patterns does the system recognize, and where does big data reach its limits to uncover contemporary brand design?
Join us for a discussion on the smart application of AI and Big Data in design and brand strategy – and challenge your own assumptions. Register today – spots are limited!
Miele – New Premium
To drive growth and reinforce its premium positioning, Miele is redefining the role of branding — from guideline center to business enabler. Together, we developed a new approach to brand leadership at Miele, embedding the brand as a management tool throughout the organization.
The result? A future-proof brand management that empowers everyone working with the brand to create a distinctive and consistent Miele premium experience.
Read more on how we integrated brand development with a performance-driven approach into existing structures and ongoing processes. How we helped establish a new central organizational entity – called the Digital Design Collective – as a platform for all Miele’s digital teams to collaborate and align, including the previously separate product and e-commerce teams.

Canyon’s New Store in Munich
Together with Canyon’s design and experience teams, we created a store concept that builds upon the brand’s first showroom at its headquarters in Koblenz.
The architecture translates Canyon’s bold design language into a three-dimensional experience. The space is divided into three sections: a dedicated service and workshop area, a retail space and a test center, where Canyon’s product experience takes the center stage.
More than just a retail space, the new store in Werksviertel serves as a community hub and brand touchpoint, offering riders a seamless, hands-on connection to the world of Canyon.
